Botox® and Xeomin® consultations are $50 if treatment is not performed on the day of the consultation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

I understand that appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals that prevent treatment are subject to a $50 fee per scheduled visit.
